Dara & Jorge were generous enough to give me an excuse to travel to New York last weekend to shoot their engagement session! We had a fantastic time touring the city & hearing about the significance each location held in their relationship. Jorge works at the United Nations (which is where they met), so we even got a VIP tour of the place. It was fun to look through the images at the expressions of the people around them while we were shooting! A few favorites...

I seriously get to work with the BEST couples. Laura & Frank met up with me in Chappell Hill for their engagement session last week and we had such a relaxing time together. Our hope was to run into a field of bluebonnets, to no avail. But we found a few (like five of 'em) in front of the town post office... so our search wasn't entirely in vain :). I had forgotten I had snapped Frank impersonating Laura's "look back at me" shot. Made me laugh.

I had a great time with Katie & Phil last week in old Katy. They brought Riley along for the ride and I loved what he added to the images. Sorry for the blog overload here, but I just had too many favorites!

We got the best of both worlds with Kelley & Tyler's engagement session last week... misty rain at the park & sweet sunshine downtown! These two were so relaxed in front of the camera. Here are a few favorites... (and a shout out to Cindy with Blush and Co. for a beautiful job on Kelley's makeup!)

I met up with Anne & Patrick in the Heights for a fun shoot this past weekend. Patrick thought he'd be different and act like he doesn't do this every day (like just about every other guy :). But we discovered the secret password & it made him grin every time... see for yourself.
